Booking is simple. After an initial consultation to ensure we're the right fit, we provide a digital contract and deposit request. Once both are complete, your date is officially reserved in our calendar.
How do you handle payments?
We require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for your convenience.
What is the expected gallery delivery timeline?
Our boutique approach includes high-speed processing. You will receive a preview gallery within 48 hours, and your full high-resolution digital collection is typically delivered within 2 weeks.
How are galleries delivered?
All images are delivered via a private, elegant online gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution files, share with family and friends, and order professional-grade prints from our boutique lab.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we allow a one-time date transfer within 12 months, subject to our current availability and a small administrative fee.
